Ingredients:-Fresh Mushroom - Preferred
Fish Balls - Preferred
Pork - Preferred
Choy sum - Preferred
1/2 of KNORR Ikan Bilis Cube/Stock Chicken Cube

Steps:-
1. Boiled water in the pot & put in the KNORR cube stir until it resolve.
2. Put in Fish Balls and pork to the pot, boiling for 5-10mins.
3. Adding Choy Sum and sliced Mushroom to the pot, boiling for 3mins.
4. Adding some peppers to the soup and serve hot.
This is CENCARU, kind of Malay food that to eat together with Main dish. I love it much. It comes with Shrimp/Sotong marinade in Limau, Chili Padi , Onion & salt. Match it with the plain soup above, makes the vege more appetized.
Put one pc of Pork shoulder to the plain boiling water in the pot (which going to cook soup later) until the pork is fully cooked. Remove the pork, leave it cold. Cut it into small slices, serve while pork is no more hot for my Dogther hihi... her favourite.
